Design Agreement Terms
This is an agreement between Avi Luxe Eevnts & Designs and the Client. All communication will be done via email, not social media or text. The client is free to request scheduling of a call at any time to disucss details about their project if speaking over phone is preferred. Working business days are Monday-Friday during which you may expect an email reply within 24-48. Once an order has been placed, additional information may be requested in order to complete this project. The turnaround time for the project begins ONCE ALL CONTENT IS RECIEVED FROM THE CLIENT. A delay in content delivered may result in a delay in the project timeline.
Turnaround Time
2 to 3 weeks from ALL content provided. A delay in content will delay turnaround time.
Domain Name + Hosting
Domain Name + Hosting is NOT included in the design and setup. If you already own a Domain Name and/or Hosting, they will be transferred to your Wix hosting platform concluding the design process.
If you do not already have a domain name, purchasing and hosting will be discussed during your Initial Consultation.
Cancellation
All services must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, prior to receiving consultation scheduling link. Once consultation scheduling has been sent, cancellations are not available.
